No! You can return your bike to any Westlake E-Bikes station in the same location area.

Our bikes have excellent battery life. If you're running low, the app shows battery levels and nearby stations. If a bike dies, contact us and we'll assist.
Can I reserve a bike in advance?
Yes! You can book bikes in advance through our website or app, guaranteeing your bike will be ready when you arrive.
What happens if I damage the bike?
Minor wear and tear is expected. For significant damage, charges may apply as outlined in our rental agreement.
